When your hot, your hot and Oregon State is hot. Hot off the heels of a very productive weekend the Beavers have been keeping the ball rolling with a key commitment from four-star prospect Keith Ellison (6-2, 220, 4.5) from Torrance (Calif.) El Camino Junior College.
“I’m excited about going up there to Oregon State,” Ellison said. “It is a great fit for me.”
“I really like the coaches and the players,” Ellison said. “And that is something I want to be a part of.”
“I like the campus and I like the town of Corvallis,” Ellison said. “Like I said I can hardly wait to get up there and be a part of what Oregon State is doing.”
Ellison played safety at El Camino but he could move up and play outside linebacker for the Beavers. He is very athletic and moves incredibly well for his size.
Ellison signed with San Diego State out of high school after a standout career at Redondo Beach (Calif.) Redondo Union.
Ellison has 3x2 years of eligibility.
Ellison chose Oregon State over Nevada (offer), Boise State, Washington State and UCLA.
