BCS offer comes for Adeyemi

It may be less than a month until he enrolls somewhere, but Fork Union (Va.) Fork Union Military Academy defensive end Kenton Adeyemi pulled his first BCS offer on Sunday night. The scholarship for the 6-foot-5, 255-pounder came from a team Adeyemi knows plenty about.
"Connecticut just offered me a scholarship," he said. "I don't know when I'm visiting, I haven't set that up yet, but since I'm from Connecticut that's real big for me."

He discussed Connecticut further.
"It's a great program," he said. "They are going to be really good and they are going to a BCS bowl this year," he said. "The coaches told me they offered because they feel like I could really help them down the road."
A few other schools are talking to Adeyemi including South Alabama who wants him to visit on January 7th.
However, the lineman doesn't have long to make a decision as he plans to enroll in the second semester somewhere.
"I'll be enrolling in January," he said. "I should be able to visit Connecticut since they don't start school until the 19th. I've been to Connecticut so many times though anyway."
