BC Nabs A Backer
The Boston College Eagles have received a commitment from one of their top linebacker targets.
"I committed to BC today," said Mirimar, Fla. linebacker Devin Davis. "I felt good about them and they need some linebackers that can come in and play. I'll be an outside linebacker for them."

Davis chose the Eagles over offers from Iowa State, Iowa, Central Florida, South Florida and others.
"At first I wanted to stay closer to home, but after seeing Boston and how nice it was I changed my mind," he said. "They're also a team on the rise with their bowl win over Georgia."
Davis is 6-foot-2 and weighs around 210 pounds. He runs a 4.6-second 40-yard dash.
