Bauta up to 12 offers

Athlete Faton Bauta has dealt with a great deal of change and excitement in the last two months. Aside from making the move to Florida from New York, and adjusting to a new high school, Bauta has also continued to reel in the offers and is currently up to 12.
"After sending my film out a little over a month ago I have received a few more offers," said Bauta. "I don't know which offers you are aware of since the last time we spoke, but the total number is at 12. I have offers from Pitt, Maryland, Syracuse, Louisville, BC, Miami, West Virginia, UConn, Temple, Rutgers, Kentucky and South Florida."

While these 12 have offered, a number of other top programs are also showing serious interest. Included in this list are Florida, Florida State, South Carolina, Auburn, Alabama, Texas, Oregon, Ohio State, Nebraska, Georgia, LSU, TCU, USC, Oklahoma, Missouri, California and Ole Miss.
With all of this attention, Bauta is still focused on the upcoming season, which will be his first at Dwyer.
"I am constantly working to improve in every aspect of my game and continuing to prepare for spring ball," said Bauta, who is 6-foot-3 and 225 pounds. "I am excited to lead Dwyer back to the state championship."
Considering his move to Florida only took place a little over a month ago, Bauta's calendar has been pretty hectic.
"I have not taken any visits yet, but I will be taking a few in the next month," he said. "Me and my parents still have to schedule them."
Bauta mentioned that a majority of his recruiting interest is for his quarterback play, but he is also receiving interest at running back and linebacker.
