Scholarship offers keep piling up for the 6-foot-4, 257-pound defensive end Ben Bass.
The Plano (Texas) West two-way player had early offers from Oklahoma State, Texas A&M, Colorado, and Ole Miss. Those have been joined by a couple of others.
"I got about three new ones," Bass said. "I got one from Colorado State, Arizona, and Kansas. Most of the schools are recruiting me for defensive end. They're kind of coming fast now."

Only one of his top schools has offered, but Bass thinks that it won't last much longer.
"Texas is up there and so is Texas A&M, Oklahoma, and LSU," he said. "I just like the way those programs play football. I've only been to UT and A&M, but for the most part I like the campuses."
Bass says that LSU and Oklahoma could be close to offering.
"OU said they were going to offer me, but they need to see me in person first," he said. "I'm probably going to go there for camp along with Oklahoma State and Texas."
This weekend Bass will be on hand for the NIKE Training Camp in College Station, Texas.
