Rivals250 wide receiver Andrey Baskin finished the regular season last week helping Woodrow Wilson to a 4-5 record. This week the 6-foot-3, 192-pounder plays in the first round of the playoffs.
"I finished the regular season with 30 catches and eight touchdowns," he said. "I feel like I did alright on the year. I can tell I'm a lot more physical on the field and my patterns are a lot quicker too."
On the recruiting front, Baskin has scheduled his first official with Syracuse on December 9th.

Baskin confirmed that he is down to three schools which includes Syracuse, North Carolina State and Tennessee. The Volunteers continue to lead for the four-star prospect.
"Tennessee is still leading because they have a nice program and a good player-coach relationship," he said. "They fact that they are struggling this year doesn't really affect me because I understand everyone has a bad season once in a while."
