Barber hoping to get the call
Cleveland, Tenn., three-star running back Levonte Barber is running out of options. After thinking he would be ACC and then Big East bound, Barber looks to maybe heading to a smaller school to play his college football.
Barber, who is 6-foot and 195 pounds, said he’s now looking hard at Tennessee Tech, UT-Chattanooga but there is hope that an SEC team might come through with an offer.
“I’m hoping to get something from South Carolina and maybe visit there this weekend,” Barber, a three-star prospect that is ranked as the nation’s No. 38 running back by Rivals.com.
