Bama S/LB has ACC,C-USA offers

Hoover, Ala., safety Cory Reamer is a guy that virtually no one has been talking about so far this recruiting season, but perhaps they should be. He is one of many prospects on his team and one of several that already boasts some impressive offers.
“I have offers from Georgia Tech, Southern Miss and Louisville,” Reamer said. “The other big schools that I have been hearing from a lot are Auburn, Alabama, Vanderbilt, Clemson and Arkansas.”

The 6-foot-3, 190-pound Reamer plays for one of the best high school teams in America. Last year as a junior he earned honorable mention Over the Mountain honors and helped lead his team to their third state title in four years and fourth consecutive championship appearance.
“Right now I would say the schools that I am looking at the hardest are Georgia Tech, Alabama, Auburn, Southern Miss, Clemson, Georgia and LSU,” Reamer said. “I grew up a big Auburn fan, but that will not affect my decision. I would gladly wear the crimson and white of Alabama.”
As a junior Reamer accounted for 50 tackles, three interceptions and nine pass break-ups. He has a 225-pound bench press and 330-pound squat.
“I’m looking for a school that can offer me a good education,” Reamer said. “I want to play at a school that has a great atmosphere and spirit on game day. I would love to play in front of 80,000 fans. I’m not looking for a school that is in the city like UAB.
UAB is right in downtown Birmingham and it so spread out and confusing. Georgia Tech is different though. It is in downtown Atlanta, but it’s all right there together and I really liked the way the campus was there.”
Reamer will likely play safety or outside linebacker on the next level. He has attended camps at Alabama and Georgia Tech and will be attending camp at Auburn this weekend.
