Baker to visit UVA soon

Running back Toney Baker was at the NC State-Miami game last weekend, and he plans on being at another big ACC game in the near future.
The 5-foot-10, 220-pound back from Jamestown (N.C.) Ragdale -- now the all-time leading rusher in North Carolina high school football history -- had a great time in Raleigh. Where else does he plan on going?

"I'll be at Virginia pretty soon in the next week or two to see one of their games, either against Miami or maybe Maryland," he said. "I've been looking at Virginia for a while and they're having a good season. I know they're running the ball well this year. I'm pretty sure it would just be an unofficial visit. I had a great time at NC State too. The game was really exciting and I was impressed with the fans."
What other schools is Baker looking at?
"I've been looking at basically the same schools for a while now," said Baker. "NC State, (North) Carolina, Virginia, Tennessee and Virginia Tech. Schools not too far from home and places that have been successful in the past and can be when I'm there. I'll check out everything from the coaches to the academics and the depth charts."
