Bain ready for Friday night showdown
Bolingbrook, Ill. four star ranked inside linebacker prospect Ryan Bain (6-foot-2, 250 pounds) and the Raiders have fought it's way back to a 2-2 record this fall. Bain and the Raiders lost it's first two opening games this season to Class state powers Lockport (4-0) and Maine South (4-0), yet the Raiders have won two straight games and host Thornton Township (4-0) this Friday in Bolingbrook.

“We've played well over the last two games and we're back to square one now," Ryan Bain said. “This week we host Thornton on Friday night, and they always have a really good team. They are undefeated so far this year, so we'll be pretty psyched to play them at home on Friday night."
Bain, who set his first official visit to Minnesota on October 1st earlier last week, is still trying to sort some things out.
I'm just not in any big hurry to name any favorites at this point, and several coaches have asked me about setting an official visit, but I'm just going to wait and see how things go over the next few weeks. Other than the Penn State/Minnesota game I'll see on my official visit to Minnesota, that's the only visit I have set and I won't be going to any college games this fall."
"I've been to several college games over the last several years. As far as a game day experience is concerned, I'm just that caught up in all of that. I actually prefer watching college games on TV instead. The whole game day experience is a very small factor in helping with my final decision."
