Bolingbrook (Ill.) four-star defensive tackle prospect Ryan Bain (6-foot-2, 260 pounds) spent a few minutes reflecting on playing his last game in a Raiders uniform last Friday.

“I'm pretty upset still about getting eliminated from the playoffs," Ryan Bain said. “I still feel that we had the talent and the ability to go deep in the playoffs, but it just didn't happen. I really wanted to get on a roll and go deep in the playoffs my senior year, that was one of my main goals this season. I know that I'm lucky to have one more high school game left to play at the All American Bowl. That helps."
Bain will now take a few days off before preparing for his wrestling season as well as getting ready for some official visits.
"I'm going to take a few days off this week, just to try and heal up some injuries I had during the season. I'm going to start to get ready for wrestling later this week, because I still have some big goals left to achieve in wrestling this season. I'm also going to get some official in before I start to get heavy into the wrestling season."
Bain, who has already made an official visit to Purdue, has set up a few additional official visits.
"I have an official visit set for Wisconsin on November 5th, but they haven't confirmed that date to me just yet. They want to have me move that official visit date to the first week of December instead. I'm also set to make an official visit to Minnesota on November 12th as well as a visit to Iowa on December 10th."
"I'm still thinking about taking a visit to either Michigan State, Nebraska or UCLA, but I also want to make my decision before Christmas. The weekend of December 17th is out for me to make visits because that's the weekend of the Dvorek tournament, which is one of the biggest wrestling tournaments in the state. I'm just not sure if I'll be able to fit any additional visits in before Christmas."
