Badgers offer Rivals250 linebacker

Rivals250 linebacker Tim Kimbrough from Indianapolis (Ind.) Warren Central has been adding offers almost daily the last few weeks. Wisconsin is the latest to offer the 6-1, 220-pound prospect, giving him 14 total.
"I just got the offer today," Kimbrough said. "I was happy because I got it because it is a good school to go play for. They have good academics, great linebackers and they always have good players that come out of there."

Kimbrough, the nation's No. 119 overall ranked prospect, learned about his offer during a conversation with Wisconsin's head coach.
"I talked to Coach [Bret] Bielema and he said I know how to use my eyes real well and I moved real good, that's what he liked about me," Kimbrough.
Kimbrough picked up the offer while in Madison on Saturday for Wisconsin's junior day. Several aspects of the program caught his attention during the trip.
"I liked the campus and all the coaches were real cool," Kimbrough said. "I got to talk to some of the players on the team and they told me about the college. They have some of the best academics, and that's one of the unique things about them."
Kimbrough has been actively visiting schools this winter, and plans to continue his travels next weekend with trips to Louisville and Kentucky. He also plans to take part in the Best of the Midwest football combine in Indianapolis on Monday.
