Bacher sets visits

Three-star quarterback C.J. Bacher (6-2, 180, 4.6) from Carmichael (Calif.) Jesuit has been a very busy young man since September 1st. His phone has been ringing off the hook. Jesuit has tasted defeat the first time since Bacher took over the helm.
Before this season Bacher had led Jesuit to a perfect 31-0 record as the starting quarterback. This season Jesuit has already dropped two.

“We have a young team,” Bacher said. “It was kind of expected. But we’re beginning to play better now.”
Before Friday’s game Bacher had hit 42 passes out of 67 attempts for 799 yards and seven touchdowns. He has also rushed for 88 yards on 17 carries. That total includes sacks.
Bacher has committed to three visits. The first will go to the Arizona Wildcats the first weekend after the season ends. His next visit will be to Boise State scheduled for December 20th and the third visit is to Northwestern but the date hasn’t been set yet.
A fourth visit could be to Oregon State.
“I’m keeping my options open,” Bacher said. “There are no favorites at this time.”
Bacher has offers from Northwestern, Arizona, San Jose State, Oregon State, Utah, Utah State, Boise State, UC-Davis, Cal State Sacramento and Saint Mary’s.
Rivals.com rates Bacher as the nation’s number 14 dual threat quarterback. He is ranked as the state of California’s number 40 prospect at any position and he is also a member Rivals.com’s Super West 60, landing at number 54.
