Aztecs land RB/LB

The San Diego State Aztecs have been doing a stellar job on the recruiting front this season and once again head coach Tom Craft and company land a versatile player who can help the team in a variety of ways in two-way standout Brandon Bornes (6-2, 210, 4.5) from Vista (Calif.) Rancho Buena Vista.
Bornes was an all-CIF selection as a linebacker but will see his first action for the Aztecs at the running back position. If that doesn’t work he will line up on the defensive side of the ball as a linebacker.
Bornes rushed for 1,115 yards as senior while averaging 8.0 yards per carry.
