AZ running back has Pac 10 offer

One of the most explosive players in the West region next fall will be Phoenix (Ariz.) Notre Dame running back Patrick Foley. Foley has one offer on the table and will be recruited heavily in the fall.
Foley, 6-0, 175 is a two sport standout who is also one of the elite sprinters in the state. As a junior, the athlete rushed for 761 yards and 16 touchdowns and added 46 tackles and three picks on defense.

His speed jumps off the screen when you watch his film. Foley has a great burst and then that extra gear when he's in the open field. He was the 4AII state champ in the 100m last year and could do both sports at the next level.
On the recruiting front, Foley is hearing from several schools at this time.
"Stanford has offered me," Foley said. "I'm also hearing from Tennessee, Arizona State, Boise State, Northwestern, Michigan State, Arizona, Washington, Colorado and the Ivy League.
"I grew up a Notre Dame fan but Stanford is my top school right now. Those two would be my favorites followed by Tennessee, ASU and Boise State. I would like to major in Business in college and I'm looking for the school with the best combination of academics and football."
Foley is carrying a 3.67 GPA and scored a 26 on the ACT. He'll attend the NIKE Camp at Stanford in May.
