Ayers begins to consider visits
Baltimore (Md.) Dunbar running back Nathan Ayers is sitting on four scholarships. The 5-foot-9, 190-pounder is continuing to receive interest from other colleges. What's the latest with his recruitment?
"I've got four offers from UNLV, Morgan State, Towson and Toledo," he said. "I'm talking to UNLV and Toledo. I definitely want to take visits to both of them. I'm trying to set them up.

"They are my big offers. I like the fact both of those schools really want me to come to their colleges and make a big impact my freshman year."
While Toledo and UNLV intrigue Ayers, he maintains no favorites at this time as a few other colleges are interested too.
"My coach told me a few other schools are interested including Central Michigan and Wisconsin."
Ayers and Dunbar open the season on September 5th.
"I think we've got a long way to go to get back to the state championship," he stated. "Hopefully we'll get better this week. I feel I've improved a lot. I'm much more explosive and stronger than last season."
