Austin picking up new offers

Offensive guard Thomas Austin of Camden, S.C. is considered by many to be one of the top few overall prospects in South Carolina. After taking a quick look as his most recent list of offers, it would be tough to refute that.
"Maryland, Wake Forest, Penn State, South Carolina, Clemson, Vanderbilt and Army have all told me I have an offer available if I want to go to their school," he said. "Right now I'm still looking over all my options, so I don't have any one leader. I'm open, especially to the schools that have offered me."
What other schools, besides the seven that have offered, have caught Austin's attention?
"North Carolina, Tennessee, Auburn, Notre Dame and a few others," he responded. "If I had to pick a few schools I like a whole lot right now it would be Auburn, Clemson and South Carolina above the others a little bit. Each of those schools puts a huge focus on football and the fans are great. It's just a part of the culture down here in this part of the country."
The 6-foot-4, 270-pound lineman hails from Camden, one of the state's top programs. He'll go into his senior season this fall as arguably the state's top offensive lineman.
