To say Jake Holland is a little excited about his latest scholarship offer could be the understatement of the day. Holland, from Pelham (Ala.) High School, was notably excited about getting an offer from the Auburn Tigers.
"Wow, this was a big one," Holland said. "I'm absolutely estatitic about this one. I talked with coach (Phillip) Lolley and coach (Gene) Chizik today. They said they loved me on film and offered. I really like Auburn and it's big time SEC football. They have a great building science program as well."
Holland, one of the top defensive prospects from the state of Alabama, plays linebacker. He has a connection to coach Lolley, as Lolley coached his father at Demopolis High School.

"He did and coach Lolley said he has been following me since my freshman season. Like I said, they really liked me on film. This is great."
