Auburn, Georgia ready to see 3-star WR

After recently nabbing an offer from UCF when he visited the Knights' Orlando campus last month, three-star Tallahassee (Fla.) North Florida Christian wide receiver Christian Philpott declared the school his leader.
But if all goes according to plan for Philpott, plenty of more schools will join the fray in the coming weeks and months.

"Florida State and Auburn like me a lot," he said. "But they want to see me in spring before they offer me."
Philpott said the Tigers offense is something that makes him very interested in the school.
"I think I would fit in well there because when they need wide receivers to make plays for them they get them the ball," he said. "I consider myself a play-maker so I could help fill that role. Plus I'm a good blocker and would be able to do that as well."
With spring football right around the corner, Philpott isn't planning on taking any more trips, instead he'll be waiting on schools to visit him.
"Georgia said they're going to come by and see me and so did a bunch of other schools," he said. "When I visited Georgia they said they want to see me on the field and then they'll offer. They hadn't seen my film until just recently so now they want to come take a look."
He added: "My coach said that everyone is telling him they want to see me in the spring and once they do I'm going to get more offers."
