Atlanta DL picks up big offer

College Park (Ga.) Banneker defensive end Olufemi Ajiboye could still be considered a sleeper prospect at this point, but don't be shocked if this fall he begins to pick up offers right and left. He already has one big time offer and plenty of interest from some other big name programs.
"Virginia Tech sent me a written offer back in May," Ajiboye said. "I have also been getting a lot of interest from some other schools like Auburn, Florida, Mississippi State, Georgia, Ole Miss, Clemson, LSU and some others."

The 6-foot-2, 279-pound Ajiboye runs the 40-yard dash in 4.8 seconds, has a 345-pound bench press and 450-pound squat.
"I went to a camp at Ole Miss a few weeks ago and it went really well and I liked it over there," Ajiboye said. "I am going to mini-camps at Georgia and Auburn later in the summer. I would like to get up to Virginia Tech, but I'll probably have to wait to take an official visit there."
As a junior Ajiboye racked up 80 tackles and 10 sacks. He is ranked as the No. 41 prospect in the state of Georgia by Rivals.com.
"My top five right now are Georgia, Auburn, Ole Miss, Florida and Virginia Tech," Ajiboye said. "Wherever I go it will be a place where I feel comfortable, that is my main thing in making a decision."
Don't look for Ajiboye to make a decision anytime in the immediate future.
"I know some guys like to get the decision out of the way before the season so it doesn't distract them," Ajiboye said. "I am going to wait until after the season to make my decision and I just won't let recruiting bother me."
