ATH Davis Deciding On Trips
St. Petersburg (Fla.) Catholic athlete Chris Davis prefers to remain low profile. However, after an awesome performance in the Georgia/Florida all-star game, Davis had better get used to a lot of attention.
“I think I played okay,” said the 6-foot, 175-pound senior. “It was a lot of fun.”

Unlike the recruiting process which Davis isn’t enamored with. He’s already taken an official visit to Boston College and tripped officially to Florida Dec. 14.
“I’m going to take an official visit to South Florida soon as well,” he said. “USF and BC are recruiting me as a quarterback and that’s what I still want to play. Florida wants me as a wide receiver.”
Davis is also thinking about a trip to Southern Cal and has not eliminated teams like Florida State, Miami and South Carolina.
“I’ll wait until around signing day to decide,” he said. “I probably won’t take all five official visits and might just need these three. I’m not really sure yet.”
