ASU impresses Chatham

Spring (Texas) Westfield offensive guard Jeray Chatham finally got the official visit process underway this weekend with a visit to Arizona State. So what did the three-star prospect that is 6-foot-5 and 270 pounds think about his time at ASU?
“It went pretty good,” Chatham said. “I liked the campus a lot. It was really clean and looks pretty. It was really green and looked comfortable. I also felt at home with the coaches. They seem like really good guys.”

But Arizona State and the rest of his teams on his list are all chasing Oklahoma State.
“I have a really good relationship with coach DeForrest at Oklahoma State,” Chatham said. “We seem to have a really good connection.”
Chatham is scheduled to visit Oklahoma State on January 9, Iowa State on January 16, Colorado on January 23 and then Missouri on January 30.
Chatham did say he’s also still considering Arizona, but to get a visit the Wildcats would have to bump somebody else off of his list.
