Asheville CB visits NC State

Asheville, N.C. cornerback Rahkeem Morgan took an unofficial visit to North Carolina State over the weekend. The trip was good enough to put the Wolfpack in the 6-foot-0, 175-pounder's top three.
"It was a really good visit," he said. "They have real nice facilities and the coaches were great. I got to take a tour of the campus and get to know the new coaches a lot better. I talked to a few of them and basically they introduced themselves and talked about how they liked the way I played on film. The coaches said they think I'd fit in well at NC State."

A few other colleges have shown interest in Morgan including Clemson, Duke, North Carolina, Harvard and others. Does he have any favorites?
"I like North Carolina State, Duke and North Carolina," he stated. "I really like that area where all those schools are. It's not too far away from home and seems just right for me if I need to come home for anything."
The Carolina prospect played quarterback for Asheville last year accounting for 1,800 yards and 20 total touchdowns on his way to all-conference and all-Western North Carolina honors.
