Arnold favors two schools

Cornerback/running back James Arnold recently received a new offer and he has two new leaders.
The 5-foot-10, 170-pound back from Mocksville (N.C.) Davie County runs the 40-yard dash in 4.5 seconds. What's new in recruiting for the North Carolina prospect?

"Wake Forest's coaches just called and let me know that I have an offer," he said. "I'm pretty excited about that, because they have a good program and they're an in-state school. I'd say right now Wake Forest and North Carolina are at the top of my list, and they're about even.
"Auburn has dropped down, because they haven't offered me. I'm not limiting myself to those two schools, but they're definitely my leaders. I watched the UNC-Miami game, but that didn't really change too much for me. I liked UNC before and I still like them. One game isn't going to really change too much for me."
On the year Davie County is 10-0, and the playoffs start in two weeks. Arnold has compiled 1,700 rushing yards, 500 passing yards and 24 total touchdowns.
