Army, Navy battle for Couch

Camp Hill (PA) East Pennsboro center Matt Couch has seen his stock rise in recent weeks with coaches from schools he had not previously heard from asking him for film.
In spite of that influx of interest, the 6-foot-2, 260-pound lineman has narrowed his list to two. According to Couch, he will be attending a service academy next year. He's just not sure which one, yet.

"I've narrowed it down to Army and Navy," Couch said. "Two weekends ago I took my official visit to Army and next Friday I'll be taking a one-day trip to Navy. I guess that will be an unofficial visit."
What did he think of his trip to Army, now that he has had time to reflect on it a bit?
"It was really nice checking out West Point. Obviously it's huge. Facility-wise and with schooling they have everything you could want a school to offer.
"Right now I'm keeping an open mind. There are a lot of similarities in terms of the career afterwards.
"Navy has had a little more continued success on the field, but I think Army is on an upswing. After I visit Navy I should have a better idea."
