Arlich calls walk on ND visit unbelievable

"It was good," Jerod Arlich said when asked about his official visit to Notre Dame. "It was very good."
"I had a lot of fun, but the game was kind of a bummer. John Carlson was my host."
"I went to mass with the team before the game. I walked with them to the game. It was unbelievable. There were so many fans on both sides of the sidewalk cheering."
"Coach Willingham offered me a full-ride scholarship."
"I've been to Colorado and Notre Dame. I have Northwestern Dec. 5. But I changed Wisconsin from Dec. 12 to the next weekend. Now I have Minnesota Dec. 12."
"And I still have Navy Jan. 9. I know I have too many visits scheduled. I'll have to tell someone thanks but no thanks."
"And Stanford's recruiting me now too. And Iowa still."
"I don't have a favorite. I'm really confused at this point."
Arlich said all of the schools except Stanford and Iowa have offered a scholarship.
