Arkansas LB Cole Joyce adding offers, can he pull one from the Hogs?

Class of 2021 Arkansas linebacker Cole Joyce decided to get serious about getting exposure on the recruiting this circuit, even if it meant some extended trips around the country. Over the past two weekends he has hit the road hard, first traveling to Chicago to participate in the Rivals adizero Combine, where he earned an invite to this past weekend's St. Louis stop of the Rivals Camp Series. Joyce again made the trip from his Arkansas home to compete and held his own at a talent-filled event. Rivals.com caught up with Joyce to talk recruiting and get the latest on his summer plans.

Most recent offer: "I went to Tulsa's junior day and I got the offer when I was there. I liked the whole visit experience a lot. I liked the locker room and all the facilities. I also think their coaches are awesome. They're super loving towards me and loving and super supportive."

Fit in the Tulsa defense: "They like my head for the ball and my speed on defense. They see me playing linebacker and making a lot of plays in their defense."

Overall thoughts on the program: "I really didn't know a ton before I visited and they offered but they play in a good conference with some good teams and they aren't afraid to play schools out of conference. They're playing Michigan State coming up and other schools like that. I might go back for one of their camps and take another visit soon."

Other schools showing interest: "I'm focused on trying to get more offers and give myself more options. Arkansas and Missouri are both talking to me and want to see me camp and I'll be going to the big mega camp in Memphis. Arkansas is really interested in me. They want me get there on June 15. They came by my school this spring and talked to my coach and I think I have a shot if I go up there and do my thing."
