Arkansas DB thinking visits

Three-star Little Rock (Ark.) safety Stephen Green says he didn’t intend to take any official visits until he completed his senior season at Pulaski Academy, but that plan may be changing.
“I’ve started thinking about going ahead and taking a couple of my visits,” he said. “I don’t want to wait until later on and let things get too hectic. There’s a couple of places I know I want to check out, so I may go ahead and do that.”

Such as?
“Probably Nebraska and Iowa,” he said. “I’m not sure who else right now, but maybe Arkansas. I’ve been there a lot, though, so I know all about them.”
Green (5-11, 180, 4.4) has scholarship offers from Arkansas, Nebraska, Iowa, Colorado and LSU. He said those schools would constitute a top five, but he’s not naming a leader at this point.
“I’m looking at all the schools who have offered me,” he said. “I’m not ruling anyone out. I got calls from Iowa, Arkansas, Boston College, Tennessee, Nebraska and Vanderbilt in the last week or so.
Green has made two unofficial visits, both of them at Arkansas for the North Texas and Tulsa games. Asked if the Razorbacks’ impressive start (4-0, road wins over Texas and Alabama) were influencing his decision-making process, he said: “They’ve been very impressive. I watched that game last night. They came back strong on Alabama. It was a fun game.”
He said he also tries to watch LSU and Nebraska when they play on TV.
“Nebraska is probably recruiting me the hardest right now,” he added.
As a junior, Green rushed for 932 yards and seven touchdowns, caught 26 passes for 189 yards and one touchdown and recorded 25 tackles and one interception as a part-time defensive player.
Academically, he carries a 2.6 GPA and has scored a 19 on the ACT.
