Wide receiver Caleve Deboskie (6-0, 162, 4.5) will be playing his senior season at Chandler, Ariz., after starting as a junior at Chandler (Ariz.) Hamilton. Though he was a starter, he didn't get a chance to catch the ball much due to the fact he played on a run dominating team.
This season he should get more opportunities to showcase his offensive talents. Though he will be playing at a new school, he still has a lot of schools recruiting him.
"Washington, Arizona State, San Diego State, Arizona and Cal are recruiting me right now," Deboskie said. "They just want to see more film on me."

"I'm going to set up official visits to Wyoming and Nevada," Deboskie said. "I've kind of been to a lot of schools already with my brother (Cal frosh running back) Covaughn Deboskie, but I also want to visit San Diego State and then Cal to see my brother."
Did you learn anything from your brother when he went through the recruiting process?
"You just have to keep working hard and keep your grades up," Deboskie said. "Also study for the SAT's."
What is Deboskie looking for in a college?
"Graduation rates," Deboskie said. "Also the offense, if it's a spread or do they throw the ball a lot. How the program is run and the team chemistry. How many people they send out of college is important too."
"I want to wait before making a commitment, let the process play out."
Does Deboskie have any goals for his senior season?
"I want to do everything my coaches say and obviously to win state as a team," Deboskie said. "I also want to be the best team player I can be."
All in all, Deboskie is having a good time with the recruiting process and he's taking it all in stride.
"I like getting the letters, and reading things about past people who have been there," Deboskie said. "Just talking to the coaches, and getting to know them better."
Like his older brother, the younger Deboskie is also an outstanding student who carries a 3.8 GPA. He plans to take the SAT September 5th.
