Arizona State impresses DT

Davie (Fla.) Western three-star defensive tackle Jared Martin is a seasoned veteran of the official visit tour. After already visiting both Colorado and Pittsburgh, he didn't expect to be blown away by Arizona State this weekend. But that's exactly what he was.
"I liked it a lot," Martin, who is 6-foot-1 and 288 pounds, said. "The thing that impressed me the most was the team. Man, they all clicked with each other and made me feel like a part of the team."

Martin, who was joined by Butler County C.C. recruits Ryan Torrain and Sherrone Moore, said he liked also watching the team practice and the food was also amazing.
"The first thing we did when we got there was eat," Martin said. "Then we met the position coach and the entire coaching staff. We watched them practice the next day, and I also got to see a lot of the city.
"I liked the whole setting at Arizona State."
Martin said he thought it would be getting easier to make a decision, but the visit definitely made things harder.
"It complicates things," Martin said. "I have one more visit to take. I'm going to Minnesota, and I'm not sure if I'll take a fifth visit. I don't know what I'm going to do now, and it's my decision to make, but it's going to be a hard one."
