Muasau is primarily being recruited as a safety, but he did mention his passion for wide receiver.
"I'll do whatever it takes to be on the field, but I love wide receiver," Muasau said. "When I have the ball in my hands, I can do a lot of things".
"Colleges think because I'm Samoan, I'm better suited for safety, but what I really want to prove is that I could be productive on offense too," Muasau said. "But whatever college I'll pick, my position doesn't really matter".
Distance won't be in Muasau's decision.
"I'm willing to travel anywhere in the country," Muasau said. "I took some unofficial visits this past summer with my teammate running back Jamal Womble, to North Carolina, South Carolina and Wake Forest.
"I loved the southern hospitality over there, everyone is so nice in the South, which really stood out to me since I'm a West Coast guy."
"I'm about 99% sure that I'll be going to college out of state, because both locals schools (Arizona and ASU), haven't showed me as much love as the out of state schools, even though my mom pressures me to stay in-state," Muasau said. "I haven't set any visits yet, but I know for sure I want to take all my five official visits."
What would play a big factor in your decision Muasau decision?
"Well playing time is a factor, but mostly on the graduation rates for the student athletes, that's what I'm really looking at in all the colleges," Muasau said. "I'm looking to major in sports medicine or psychology."
Muasau is rated by rivals.com, as Arizona's 18th best prospect at any given position.
