Arizona sleeper about to explode

One of the biggest sleepers from the Grand Canyon State this season is defensive tackle Gino Cruse (6-5, 305, 4.9) from Phoenix (Ariz.) Desert Vista. He pretty much was the missing man as a junior after having a standout season as a sophomore.
Cruse had 13 sacks as a sophomore but he got lost in the shuffle after Desert Vista had a coaching change. He faced a lot of adversity his junior season but Cruse came of the experience a wiser and better person.

“All last season did to me is make me more hungry,” Cruse said. “It inspired me to deal with people better and to think outside of the box.”
“I can’t let things get to me today,” Cruse said. “Because I will have something brighter for me tomorrow.”
Cruse in his first game of the 2003 season racked up eight tackles and two tackles for loss.
Cruse has received phone calls from Washington, Oregon State, Arizona, Boise State, Idaho State and Northern Arizona.
Cruse has a bench press of 350, squat of 500 and has recorded a 27-inch vertical.
Cruse blew up the Washington Husky camp last summer and became hot topic among western region recruitneks.
If Cruse continues to play like he did in his only contest of the year, look for him to climb up the charts.
