Arizona DB enjoys Boulder

Chandler (Ariz.) defensive back Marc Anthony spent some quality time in Boulder (Colo.) this past weekend attending the Buffs Friday Night Lights event and then watching the NIKE Camp on campus the following day.
Anthony, 6-0, 185 pounds has clearly established himself as one of the premier cover corners in the West this year. He shows up very well on film and looked very good at the NIKE Camp at Stanford a few weeks ago.

The athlete has hit the double digit mark in scholarship offers and brings a lot to the table. He has excellent cover skills and plays a physical style that could see him even play some safety if needed.
As for what he thought of Colorado, Anthony had nothing but positive things to say about the visit.
"I liked it out here a lot," Anthony said on Saturday while watching the NIKE Camp. "The campus is beautiful here and I enjoyed meeting with all the coaches. The Friday Night Lights event was a lot of fun and totally different than anything I've ever done before.
"We played a lot of different games that were not related to football, had a dunk contest, it was great. It was a long day but worth it. I felt very comfortable here and I have Colorado high on my list for sure. They offered me too so that was great as well."
On Sunday, Anthony was set to attend ASU's one day camp and is making plans to attend a few more camps as well.
"I talked to Ron English at Michigan and he said there is a good chance they'll offer me if I camp with them," Anthony said. "The only thing is their camp is so long, if I can just go for one day, that would be ideal. I would like to camp with Cal too but just a day would be perfect.
"Right now, I still don't have any leaders or favorites. I'm just going to go through the summer, see where I'm at with offers and then start to narrow my list down from there. I could make an early decision or take my official visits during the year."
