Cleveland (Ohio) Glenville wide receiver Ray Small made official visits to Ohio State, USC, Michigan State, and Tennessee. But he has said for some time that the Buckeyes and Trojans are the schools foremost in his mind.
"I'm still going to wait till signing day to announce," Small said. "We'll have a press conference for the Glenville guys."
Asked why he is waiting to announce, Small said, "I'm still deciding on things. But Ohio State is the favorite, I'd say."

While Small is still talking with the Buckeyes, not much is happening in regards to the Trojans.
"Coach Tress and (Ohio State assistant) coach Beckman came out a couple days ago," Small said. "They were here Monday. It went good.
"Coach (Pete) Carroll hasn't been here. I haven't heard from USC for a long time."
It is easy to see why everything points to Small announcing for Ohio State on signing day.
