Ardmore is home to a stud junior

Tight end Jermaine Gresham out of Ardmore, Okla. is one of the top players coming out of high school this season, but his teammate defensive end Brian Booker looks to be another huge recruit in his own right. The 6-foot-3, 225-pounder with 4.7-second speed has already started receiving serious interest.
"A lot of interest is coming from schools including Oklahoma, LSU and Tennessee among others," said Ardmore head coach Mike Loyd. "Recruiting has just now starting to pick up for him, but he's wide open as to whom he likes."

What stands out about his impressive 2007 prospect?
"He's another one along the lines of Jermaine that makes plays and wants the ball in his hands," he said. "He's made some big plays for us and comes from a very athletic family. This season he's hauled in 500 yards receiving and eight touchdowns. He's an outstanding athlete and starting to come into his own. He's also just 16 years old.
"A lot of teams' double or triple team Jermaine and that leaves Brian in single coverage against a linebacker. He's made big catches including two the other night in the quarterfinals."
Being an outstanding tight end and defensive end, Loyd sees his star junior prospect playing either position at the next level.
