Another Pac 10 offer for Jenkins

Moreno Valley (Calif.) Rancho Verde running back Daniel Jenkins is establishing himself as one of the top players at his position in the entire West region. Jenkins picked up his 4th offer and second out of the Pac 10 earlier today.
Jenkins, 5-9, 170 pounds is a two time all-league performer and has been one of the areas top backs since his sophomore season. As a junior, Jenkins rushed for 1,014 yards and 15 touchdowns on only 111 carries and was named RB MVP at the SoCal NIKE Camp back in April.

Arizona was the first school to offer Jenkins and Nevada and New Mexico followed suit.
"My latest offer is from Washington State," Jenkins said. "Coach Roberson is the one recruiting me and I like him a lot. He's a real good guy and I have a high interest in Washington State.
"I grew up with Deon Ford who plays at Washington State. He played with my brother and I'm going to take an official visit there for sure and will also visit Arizona.
"As for my summer plans I'm going to camp with UCLA but I'm torn between doing their one day camp, which is June 7 and their three day camp in pads. I could do both but not sure right now. I may also camp with Boise State but nothing else is set right now."
