Another chapter in Girtman story

Another day, another chapter in the recruiting story of Brad Girtman from Houston Memorial.
On Sunday Girtman told Rivals100.com that he had a good time on his visit to Florida this past weekend. Small problem, though, he didn't go.

"It didn't happen," Girtman's mother, Roxie Girtman, said. "It sounds like there was a miscommunication somewhere, but Brad definitely didn't go to Florida and he's still committed to Oklahoma State."
But wait; there is another chapter in this tale of a 6-foot-6, 300-pound tackle.
Oklahoma recruiting coordinator Bobby Jack Wright was slated to make an in-home visit with Girtman and his family tonight. But the visit didn't happen because Girtman didn't let it happen.
"They did try to come, but we told then that he's already made his choice," his mother said. "The recruiter then said they would like to set something up for Thursday since he's going to still be in Houston. We just sort of left it at that."
But Oklahoma isn't the only one attempting to make another in-home visit to persuade Girtman one last time.
"The coaches from Texas Tech are also calling and Florida called, too," his mom said. "I guess they're coming to town and want him to still visit."
But Girtman said she got a good piece of advice from the Oklahoma State coaches.
"They said we need to stop answering the phone," she said. "It just never stops ringing."
