Another Big Ten commitment
"I called coach Tressel and talked to him for awhile," quarterback Todd Boeckman said. "I told him I was thinking about committing to Ohio State."
"He said he thought that would be a good idea. So I said I was committing to Ohio State."
"Maryland was probably second, just a little ahead of Pitt."
"Ohio State was the school I wanted to go to all along. Now I get my dream, to be a Buckeye. I didn't see any better situation out there."
Boeckman, a 6-foot-5 and 215 pounder from St. Henry, Ohio, passed for over 1700 yards and 14 touchdowns during his junior season. He has a 2.9 GPA and scored a 19 on the ACT.
