Andrew Johnson drops OSU

Pittsburgh (Pa.) North Hills running back Andrew Johnson was supposed to take an official visit to Ohio State this weekend with good friend James Bryant (Rivals100 linebacker). However, things didn't work out.
"I'm not sweating it," said the 6-foot-0, 205-pounder about missing his trip. "My mom talked to OSU and things just fell through. James made his visit, but I don't know how it went. I'm focusing on Miami and Florida now."

Johnson has set an official visit with Miami for Jan. 28 and will leave from there to visit Florida on Jan. 30.
"The Miami running back situation looks good," he said. "They only have one healthy back heading into the Spring and Frank Gore won't be back until like October. They have a few running back commitments now, but I am not afraid to compete. Miami came to school today and offered me, it was coach Kehoe and coach Johnson. I'm looking forward to it.
"Florida has more young running backs on their roster, but I still think I can compete," he said. "And Pitt is still my home school, so they're very much in the mix. I won't choose a school simply for playing time, I want a place where I can experience 'college life' the best."
