Andrew Bowman enjoys local visit

Richmond (Va.) Hermitage linebacker Andrew Bowman has been to Charlottesville and the University of Virginia many times. However, his latest trip was an official one, so did it change his leader list?
"Nah, not really," said the 6-foot-1, 220-pounder. "I've always liked Virginia and have been there a bunch of times, so an official visit doesn't change much. They are still one of five schools I like."

Bowman has already visited Tennessee and has Purdue next weekend (Dec. 5). After that it's off to Blacksburg, Va. and Virginia Tech on Dec. 12.
"The UVA-VTech game was a good one," he said. "Both teams played hard and I can see myself playing for either. UVA has a great crowd, a nice atmosphere and it was very similar to Tennessee in that respect."
Bowman also wants to set an official visit with North Carolina for sometime soon.
"I'd like to decide after visiting all five schools so I'm not in a rush," he said. "I'm not leaning in state or out-of-state, I just want the best fit."
Bowman was hosted by former Hermitage teammate Fontel Mines.
"Fontel is working me hard to go to UVA," he laughed. "But Duane Brown is also a freshman at Tech and a good friend and former teammate. I like both of them, but they won't factor in my decision."
