Andrades recaps recent UF visit

Tallahassee (Fla.) Lincoln wide receiver Raphael Andrades recently made his way to Gainesville to check out the University of Florida. He enjoyed his time on campus and around the program.
"I went to their most recent Junior Day," Andrades said. "I like the way that they really talk about working hard. We work really hard at Lincoln, so that is something that stood out to me. I like that they are now running the pro-style offense, because that is what we run at Lincoln. Plus my coach, Jacquez Green, he played there and he talks about Florida all the time when he is around me."

During the visit, the 6-foot, 186-pound wideout had an opportunity to speak with and learn more from his prospective position coach for the Gators.
"I talked to Aubrey Hill a little bit when we separated into position groups during one of their practices," Andrades said. "He was basically showing us the drills they do in practice. He was just going through it and showing us what they were doing wrong and what they were doing right."
Andrades said that Hill's teaching techniques and approach mirror those of his current position coach.
"Jacquez Green, he kind of runs things the same way for us," Andrades said. "A lot of the footwork drills and other things they did, they are the same as what we do now at Lincoln."
At this point, he holds offers from Stanford, Illinois, and recently added Florida International. The Gators didn't really shed any light on a possible offer coming from them.
"They didn't really talk to me about an offer," Andrades said.
He will participate in the Tallahassee Nike Camp on April 17th. He is also part of the Tallahassee 7-on-7 team that recently started up. In addition to his football related activities, he is also participating in baseball.
