Andrades at two offers

Tallahassee (Fla.) Lincoln wide receiver Raphael Andrades made his way to Jacksonville on Sunday to participate in the Under Armour Combine. The 6-foot, 190-pound wideout enjoyed his time at the event.
"It was good competition," Andrades said. "There were a couple of good defensive backs out there and some good quarterbacks. I just liked the competition in one-on-ones and seven-on-sevens after we did all the testing."

With regards to his recruitment, he has already landed two offers. One from Illinois and the other from Stanford.
"Illinois was my first offer," Andrades said. "I didn't really expect them to offer me because I hadn't ever gotten a letter from them or anything, so I was just very surprised. I talked to Coach (Paul) Petrino. I am just trying to get to know their offense because I didn't really watch them that much this year."
"Stanford has good academics, so that is mainly what I wanted to talk with them about," Andrades added. "I know that I am not always going to have sports, so if I can get a great education there I know I can go into anything that I want to do after I am done playing football."
In addition to his two offers, Andrades says he is receiving interest from Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Florida State, Miami, and South Florida.
Andrades said he plans to visit Florida State for a spring practice. He also plans to attend the Tallahassee Nike Camp in mid-April.
He is in no rush to make a decision and will allow the spring season to play out before scheduling a majority of his visits.
"I plan to see who all offers me and then I will take some visits and try to figure everything out," Andrades said.
When it comes time to decide, he knows what he wants in his future home.
"It is mainly the education and playing time," Andrades said. "I just want to have a chance to play early on and get a great education."
