AMP: Kelly one of Ohios top O-linemen
West Chester (Ohio) offensive lineman Ryan Kelly took part in his team's busy national signing day festivities. Lakota West High School had three players sign major Division 1-A scholarships. Kelly will do the same in 2011. He caught up with Rivals.com AMP to talk recruiting and more.
