AMP: Carter makes it two from Crenshaw
The Bruins have pulled off a double-dip into the reigning Los Angeles city championship team. Crenshaw High School and Rivals100 running back Raymond Carter will join teammate Brian Price at UCLA. Rick Kimbrel has more on UCLA's newest commit.
