Alloway still has top two

Damian Alloway considered making a commitment last week with a bunch of Ground Zero 7on7 teammates but he just wasn't ready and still wants to see if more offers come his way.
The Fontana (Calif.) Summit four-star athlete has a top two but is still waiting on some others and wants to see what happens through the spring evaluation period.

"My gut was telling me I wasn't ready," Alloway said. "I had two top schools, UCLA and Cal were in my top, but I couldn't pick between the two.
"I still want to go up on visits and make sure I'm making the right decision before I commit anywhere. I felt like there are still a few more offers I want to get before I commit."
Oregon, USC and Notre Dame are the three programs Alloway is waiting for and things could really pick up in the coming weeks.
The four-star is expected to see Oregon and Notre Dame at his school during the spring and Alloway is planning a trip to USC to figure out where he stands with the Trojans.
"If I get those three then I would have my top five," Alloway said.
"I'm going to the USC spring game and I'm going to talk to the coaches and see where they are with me and where they are recruiting me. I know Notre Dame and Oregon are coming to see me in the spring and hopefully they're coming with offers."
The Golden Bears and Bruins still look best. He loves how California uses its wide receivers and playing at UCLA has always been one of Alloway's dreams.
"Cal uses their slots," Alloway said. "Everybody has been telling me Cal knows how to use their slots. It could be the best situation for me. UCLA was always a school I wanted to go to. I really see a national championship coming with them soon with Josh Rosen and the talent they're getting."
Rivals.com rates Alloway as the seventh-best athlete and the No. 99 prospect in the 2016 class.
