Alloway hearing from others

Damian Alloway is fast, elusive and he can break a big play every time he has the ball in his hands. Those are a few reasons why so many programs are interested in him.
And now the 2016 four-star athlete from Fontana (Calif.) Summit is hearing from a few other top teams including a Pac-12 powerhouse that has especially caught his attention.

"I've been hearing from Duke and a little bit from Oregon," Alloway said. "I met the Duke coach this week and I have talked to him a lot lately over the phone so they're really interested. Oregon should be coming to see me so I'm really excited about that.
"That would be really exciting for me. I would really be excited about an Oregon offer."
So far, Alloway has been offered by Cal, UCLA, Utah, Washington and Washington State. Plenty of other programs have been showing interest from conferences around the country so Alloway is not rushing a thing.
The four-star from Fontana Summit is taking some time, getting his highlights ready - and seeing what Duke and Oregon might do next. Another top school is also getting in the mix and has asked for his academic paperwork.
"I haven't really sent out my tape," Alloway said. "I sent out my transcripts to Notre Dame but I've really been waiting. I haven't been rushing the process. I know some offers are going to come soon. I'm not really rushing it yet.
"It's the same thing right now. I'm just waiting right now."
