Allison has offer and two favorites

Lake Orion, Mich., defensive lineman Josh Allison has had a Big Ten scholarship offer on the table from Minnesota for some time. However two other Big Ten schools sit at the top of Allison's list.
"I have one offer," Allison said. "It's from Minnesota. I'm looking at them.

"Penn State, Michigan State, and Iowa, I'm pretty interested in those schools. And I'm also looking at Purdue, Northwestern, and Ohio State."
Allison, who said he has received calls from coaches from Michigan State, Penn State, and Minnesota, has visited a number of Big Ten schools.
"I went to a Michigan State junior day," he said. "I went to a Penn State spring practice. I went to Northwestern for a practice. I went to Minnesota's spring game. And I went to Wisconsin for a spring practice."
Allison will get another look at several of those schools in June.
"I'll probably go to Penn State for a 1-day camp," he said. "I'll go to Michigan State for a day. I'll go to Iowa for a day. And I'll probably go to Ohio State for one day."
With all of those Big Ten schools on his list, Allison was asked who his favorite is?
"Right now Michigan State and Penn State are my top two," he said.
The 6-foot-2 and 260-pound Allison made 108 tackles during his junior season. Allison, who tied a state record with 26 sacks, attended the NIKE Football Training Camp at Penn State.
"It went really good," Allison said. "I enjoyed it."
