Alliance has more than one senior star

ALLIANCE, Ohio – On scouting trips some times you go searching for one thing and find another. That was the case for Rivals.com when it went to Alliance High School to meet with talented junior quarterback Charles Baab. In the process, it was discovered that senior defensive tackle/defensive end Marcus Proctor had made an oral commitment to a MAC school.
"Marcus is heading to Akron," Alliance coach Ron Kuceyeski said. "He's a really strong player that missed most of his junior season with a leg injury. That kept a lot of the big schools away, but I wouldn't be surprised if some come back and look at him in the end, because he's a really strong kid.

"He's a take in my book. He plays defensive end for us, but he projects as a college defensive tackle. I think Akron is getting a heck of a player here."
Proctor joins teammate and three-star receiver Troy Pascley as a commitment in the 2006 class. Pascley has had a consistent senior season and is sticking with his original pledge to Louisville – despite attempts from other programs to get him to change his mind.
"I'm solid on my decision," Pascley said. "I'm excited about what they're doing up there at Louisville this year. It's a school where I can go and compete for championships each season. I'm excited about it."
