Allen talks PSU spring game

One of the many players that Penn State hosted this weekend during their spring game was Marcus Allen. This was the second time the defensive back from Upper Marlboro (Md.) Wise had visited Happy Valley but the first time he had seen a game there.
"It was nice," said the 6-foot-1, 187-pound Allen. "It was really loud and there were a lot of people there. The fans are really nice and it was a really good experience.

"I got to speak with the players and hang out with them a little bit," he said. "I do think I could fit in with them. I was with Richy Anderson. He's just like me and I feel like I could fit in with all of them up there.
"Penn State is still up there," Allen said. "I really like them a lot and the coaches really like me. They keep everything real. They were my best visit so far."
Allen has upwards of 20 offers from schools like Clemson, Michigan, Maryland, Rutgers, Stanford, Vanderbilt, Wake Forest, Wisconsin and others. He is clearly coveted by many schools but he says he wants to visit more schools before he names some leaders.
"Right now that was the only visit we had planned," he said. "I do want to get out to Arizona, Northwestern and Florida. I'll probably do these visits before I narrow down my list."
Allen competed in the Rivals Camp Series Presented by Under Armour in Richmond.
