Alexander is attracting attention

Lancaster, Texas 2014 wide receiver Nick Alexander has the size and athleticism that immediately catch the eye of college coaches. Oklahoma coaches agree. After working with the 6-3, 185-pound receiver the Sooners wasted no time extending an offer.
Alexander was excited and appreciated the Oklahoma offer, but he was not surprised.

"It was a good experience for me. It was my first offer," Alexander said. "I went down there for an offer and I accomplished my goal."
Alexander also attended camps at Texas, Texas Tech, and LSU along with the Rivals.com Underclassmen Challenge in DeSoto, Texas. Each of his camp visits allowed him to get a feel for a few of his college choices.
"I liked the environments, the lifestyles out there, and the coaches," Alexander said.
Growing up, Alexander admits he was a fan of LSU, and the Tigers are a team he has high on his list. However, there are three programs Alexander says are standing out right now.
"OU and Texas A&M and Texas," Alexander said. "Their coaches, they're very excited about their jobs and being there."
He currently does not have any visits scheduled but mentioned taking unofficial visits to Oklahoma, Texas A&M, and Oklahoma State this fall.
